What termination terms do the leases in the Moretti file set out?
The commercial lease of 3 March 2021 lets the tenant terminate at each annual term by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, on six months’ notice1. Amendment no. 2 shortens that notice to three months for the annex premises2. On leaving, the tenant returns the keys and restores the premises to the condition recorded at entry3.
